 Guy is a seasoned real estate and asset management professional with more than 40 years of diverse management experience across commercial, industrial, residential, and retail sectors. As Managing Partner and Owner, he oversees more than $10 million in local Cuero assets, continuing a family legacy of owning and managing rental properties in Cuero since 1978.

Throughout his career, Guy has demonstrated exceptional leadership and performance-driven management. 

During his five years as a property manager with USAA Realty, he managed more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial and commercial assets in Houston, Texas. Under his management, the portfolio achieved a 300% profit over its initial investment and improvements. He was also honored as Principal Member of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Houston, selected from more than 600 managers.

Mary Hogan was born and raised in Cuero, Texas. After graduating from high school, she moved to Austin to begin her career, securing her first role with the Texas Medical Association. Over the past 39 years, Mary has built extensive experience as an administrative assistant and office manager, working in major cities across Texas and other states.

She previously served as e-Lead Manager for the Houston Region of Palm Harbor Homes, overseeing lead management for eight model home centers. In Dallas, she worked for Prologis, supporting a team of property managers, developers, and owners in daily operations.

Mary serves as Assistant Property Manager, working alongside Guy to support all aspects of property management and collaborating with management associates on investment property renovations. She is also contracting with the Patrick and Darleen Dolan Living Trust and the Patrick Dolan Family Trust and has recently obtained her Texas Real Estate License.
